Regular readers will have noticed that this newsletter hasn't been coming out as regularly as usual. There is a good reason. I've been head down working on something special to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the podcast, its 700th episode and 3 million downloads. I'm nearly ready to launch and everything will be live by the end of this month.

At the same time I'm going to be revamping the format of this newsletter and making some minor but important changes to the podcast.
